Hello!

I am a photographer based out of Grand Haven, Michigan! I enjoy seeing the beauty in people, animals, landscapes, and trying to capture those precious moments that go by in an instant.

I loved taking pictures with my 35mm camera when I was a teenager at a different time when film was used. Each picture had to count back then! After graduating with a degree in Film & Video from Grand Valley State in 2008, I worked across different industries, but I was always taking photos everywhere I went (albeit on cell phones at the time!).

Before making a recent trip to Alaska, I decided to purchase my first DSLR. After using it, I realized how much I forgot taking photographs with something other than a cell phone. I quickly fell back in love with photography which brings me to here: Building an online portfolio to work with clients and get more practice before 2022!
